About Us

Founded in 2013 by Priscilla Crommelin Ball as a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization,  Alabama River Region Ballet has quickly become Alabama's premiere professional ballet school. This outstanding artistic entity has provided 10 years of community enrichment by offering the utmost level of dance education for its students as well as outstanding performances for its audiences, including the holiday classic, "The Nutcracker". The School's Artistic Staff and Faculty is made up of dedicated industry professionals who have some of the best training and professional dance experience in the world and are united by their passion for dance and their desire to share their skills with the next generation of young dancers. ARRB offers classes in state of the art studios for every level of dancer, ages 3 and up. Classes offered include Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Beginning Ballet, Elementary Ballet, Ballet I - VI, Pre-Pointe, Pointe (Beginning - Advanced), Jazz, Contemporary Modern and now Adult Ballet. We also offer a Fairytale Ballet Camp for ages 3-7, a Summer Dance Camp for ages 8-11, and a Summer Intensive Program for serious dancers ages 12 and up.
